Equipment and Facility Request Form

The Pakuranga Athletic Club hires selected athletics equipment and club facilities out to schools and other community organisations to be used in conjunction with the Yvette Williams Track.  For all equipment and facility requests, please complete the form below.  On receipt of your form we will confirm your request and provide the contact details of your club liaison person. 

Please be aware that track bookings need to be made through Auckland Council, and a confirmation of booking received prior to submitting this form.

Hire of equipment is $350 (ex GST) for primary and intermediate schools; $400 ( ex GST) for secondary schools and zone days.

Please ensure staff, students and parent helpers are aware that your school/group will be charged for any breakage or damage to equipment or any equipment which is not returned. We request groups take their rubbish with them when they leave.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRACK MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY THROUGH AUCKLAND COUNCIL - bookings.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz

Sound system (Extra charge of $50 ex. GST)
Hurdles (Extra charge of $50 ex. GST)
Trackside toilet block (Extra charge of $195 ex. GST to cover cleaning and consumables)
Use of clubrooms (Extra charge of $250 ex. GST) (Note that the clubrooms are not available until 11 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Use of the clubrooms is restricted to teachers and parent helpers only)
